The Karl Schlecht Foundation is first and foremost a funding institution, meaning we mainly support innovative projects carried out by other non-profit entities, while also undertaking a few projects of our own.

We focus our giving in the areas of ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, culture and technology. Within these five fields, we annually sponsor approximately 80 projects that contribute to our vision of good leadership.
