Talent Academy

The Leadership Talent Academy (LTA) is a scholarship programme by the Karl Schlecht Foundation, dedicated to fostering "Good Leadership."

The LTA is aimed at talented students in STEM disciplines, young professionals, and entrepreneurs.

Through the LTA, the Karl Schlecht Foundation enables gifted young individuals to gain access to ethical and humanistic leadership perspectives beyond their specialised training. The goal is the holistic personal development of future leaders in line with the principles of "Good Leadership."

The LTA scholarship programme comprises:

  • LTA/Partner: An on-site programme delivered in cooperation with various universities.
  • The MAGIS Excellence Programme: A biannual advanced programme for all graduates of LTA/Partner.
  • LTA/Online: A new hybrid foundation programme set to launch in 2025.

The LTA is further enriched by a practice-based project in collaboration with LTA/Putzmeister.

From 2025 onwards, the LTA/Research initiative will provide scientific evaluation to ensure the quality of LTA programmes.

  • LTA / Partner

    Four excellent universities in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria offer in-person programmes twice a year for 20 to 25 participants from various target groups.

  • LTA / Online

    The LTA / Online is a hybrid programme. In 2025, it will for the first time offer around 25 scholarship holders from universities across Germany the opportunity to develop their leadership skills.

    The scientific evaluation will be conducted by Goethe University Frankfurt starting in 2025. The team at the CLBO Institute will examine the impact of the LTA on its participants.

  • MAGIS

    MAGIS is the masterclass for LTA graduates. The Institute for Philosophy and Leadership offers a digital learning programme alongside a one-week academy experience.
